Please be advised ahead of time all clients will be asked to provide a credit card or debit card when booking any appointment with Warm Touch Body Spa via online or phone to validate they are a real person booking a real appointment.

"But I am wanting to use a gift card/certificate?" Great! No need to enter any gift card number anywhere, simply book your desired appointment as normal and make sure to bring your gift card/certificate the day of service to redeem.

•••Please note if your gift card/certificate was purchased BEFORE December 26th 2018, it will NOT register as valid if typed in the box below, please book an online appointment as normal and bring the gift card/certificate to be redeemed at time of service as stated above.

"But I don't want to put my debit/credit card on file." Unfortunately, this is a requirement WTBS was forced to implement to eliminate No-Shows, bogus appointments, etc. Your card on file is encrypted and simply validates that you are a real person scheduling a real service. If you choose to call to schedule your appointment, please note we will ask for the same information over the phone. Your card is not charged ahead of time, nor is a deposit taken ahead of time.

No-Show Policy: To honor all clients and customers and to respect the time of our therapists, we enforce a 3-hour cancellation policy for spa services. With a zero-tolerance No-Show policy. Any appointment cancellations under 3 hours from scheduled appointment time or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the session scheduled, zero exceptions.

Now with that being said, we do understand that life happens or last-minute emergencies come up; please let us know as soon as possible if you are going to miss your appointment so that we can attempt to contact someone on our waiting list to fill your allocated time.
